Since Plasma levels use a different resource, you might wonder where Plasma Cores are available. Usually, you need to upgrade your Headquarters and Hero Precinct accordingly. In order to upgrade your facilities, you need to meet the correct level requirements. This means you can upgrade these facilities further for 15 more stages in total. One Plasma level has 5 stages each, and you get 3 Plasma levels in total. Plasma levels can be increased for the following facilities only: Instead of increasing your facility levels, you will now need to increase their Plasma level which uses Plasma Cores instead as resources as well. The Plasma feature, lets you extend the levels further.
